We take your job, give you a clear price range upfront and match you with the right vetted pro from our network: a skilled independent handyman for small jobs, or a CSLB-licensed contractor for bigger work. You pay the pro directly for the work; our service is free for homeowners.
Who actually does the work?
A vetted local pro. California law allows independent handymen to do small jobs, under $1,000 in labor and materials and without a permit. Anything bigger, or anything that needs a permit, is handled by a CSLB-licensed contractor from the same network. We tell you upfront which of the two your job needs.
How fast can someone come out?
We respond within 24 hours, and most repairs are scheduled within a few days. Many jobs are finished in a single visit. If something really cannot wait, say so when you call and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
What does it cost?
Every job on our price guide shows the typical range for the Valley, so you know where you stand before anyone comes out. The pro we match you with confirms one fixed price before work starts, and that is the price you pay. See the handyman prices page for all the numbers.
